Teaching the Writing Process

The Writing Process, prewriting, drafting, revising, editing, publishing, was what we were asked to teach during our microteaching sessions. The class was asked to be divided into groups of four. Each group was asked to teach one stage of the process. The first group chose the genre of writing as well as the topic for the lesson. Descriptive Writing,
My group was given transitional words. teaching students to use transitional words turned out to be fun. I saw how we could effectively use each stage and still break it down to be even clearer. my experience as the teacher showed me my strengths as well as my weaknesses.
I realized how I could have been a more effective teacher during my first tenor as well as how I could use this lesson to help my students in the furture.
